Pictogram banderols for collaborating universities.
I had a commission to design seven different banderols for Mikkeli and Kymenlaakso universities of applied sciences. These banderols were displayed at Finlands largest maritime carnival Kotka Maritime Festival. Banderolls will be touring through different festivals in future.
The tagline "Vahvat yhdessä" means "Strong together".
The fun part of designing was that I had to include several things in relatively small space. As you all know there is always this big list of things that have to be clearly visible and as big as possible. Sometimes it is real pain in the ass, but now everything came together nicely.
